Master Layout & “Bridges” Concept

• The development comprises six 26‑storey buildings, arranged in two clusters, each hosting three towers

• A 2.4 km landscaped private canal elegantly bisects the community, separating the two clusters

• Pedestrian “bridges” intentionally cross the canal at landscaped junctures, enabling seamless walking routes between the towers. This internal waterway and footbridge system inspired the development’s name “The Bridges.”
